DAFO Creative have everything you need for all things “creative”.
The owners of DAFO Creative, Nick and Gary, have over 60 years of combined experience in a variety of fields including TV, Radio, Podcasts, and Web Services to name just a few.
The Internet is now an essential part of any business to ensure your company can be discovered no matter what type of enterprise. It’s a fact that most people search Google to find companies to service their needs.
We are creative and can work with you on advertising campaigns across platforms to ensure you get the most from your investment.
With TV or radio stations being cross-platform these days, people want to be able to see and hear, not just on the traditional TV and Radio airwaves, but have access using the internet and apps using mobile devices. One major bonus of internet traffic is the ability to know exactly how any people have engaged with that content.
We’re not just about advertising though! We offer so much more, including social media sites on the Internet and for a local intranet, Wikis, etc.

When did you know you wanted to work in a creative field?
On my 6th birthday, I think, it was either my 5th or 6th. I went to an event the BBC were doing in my local town. It was showing what it was like behind the scenes, from radio, makeup and special effects. I was hooked immediately.
Favorite food?
Hmm, tough one is that. If I am having a Chinese take out I really like Satay Sauce with veg and tofu (yep, I’m a veggie). But it is rare to find it. I do like the fake sausage stew type thing.

Leffé, The first time I drank it…. well wow, I had just done one of my first shifts at talkSPORT, one of the fellow freelancers who I had been working with introduced me to it.

Hmm, there is so many to think of. I do like a guilty pleasure, Tiffany, I think We’re Alone Now. I can remember my sister getting it when I was a kid, I stole the record and just constantly played in my record player.
But other than that, American Pie by Don McClean, and a more recent one would be High Hopes by Panic at the Disco. I really like Dean Lewis’s music as well, Waves is one of my favorites, Geronimo by Sheppard has to be up there as well.

A couple, the first is Home and Away, I have even been to Palm Beach in Sydney, Australia, several times. The second one is Hustle, that’s a BBC show which is no longer aired, it was about a gang of conmen.
Favorite movie?
I’m not really a movie type of person. My all time favorite has to be the 1980’s Flight of the Navigator. When I was younger I used to know it word for word.

The podcasts currently on high rotation is the Chaser Report, Hamish and Andy, and the Infinite Monkey Cage. The Chaser report and Hamish and Andy are both Australian comedy podcasts, the Infinite Monkey Cage is a BBC comedy/science podcast. I used to listen to the BBC’s Fighting Talk.
